Having problems with determining if you have a network or hardware problem with communication to branches or servers?

Often users are bewildered by the conflicting opinions relating to the performance of their network and web access. All too often, users are regailed with the "It's your fault" response from ISP's and network controllers.

NCSS has found a simple program that identifies the fundamental of connection via the network/VPN/Web. As you can see below, the graph identifies loss of circuit by running a continual "Ping" to the network source. Some applications can accept considerable communication loss of greater than 30 seconds but there are many that will "abend" with losses greater than a few seconds.

This program, available free from the attached file provides that independent input and allows users to provide evidence of drop out to their ISP, whereupon they can resolve the issues based on available evidence. NCSS highly recommends the use of this strategy and product.
