We cover the entire UK. With NCM service engineers based throughout the UK ,Our aim is to offer a fast, responsive printer support service tailored to your individual needs. This may be from a basic mono printer to a colour laser printer. Not all businesses can afford to have a dedicated IT function on site 24/7.  Our aim is to offer a complete outsourcing of this requirement. Ultimately becoming your own IT department.

NCM is an independent company but have an association with NCSS Pty, which is based in Sydney and has offices throughout Australia undertaking maintenance and support work for companies such as IBM, HP, and Sony etc throughout Australia. To enable them to control the business spread over such a large area and with a large number of customers and engineers, they have developed a Help Desk software package called Catalyst which we also use and it effectively controls all our engineers and ensures that our customers are kept up to date with their call`s progress at all times as well as providing a full call history and graphical analysis.
