NCSS offers an Australia wide "In Field" service capability that is competent enough to be given responsibility for the largest computer hardware supplier in Australia. Reference to the "Agents" tab above will show all current NCSS servivce outlets with a general profile of the local capability.

Controlling the distributed fleet of NCSS and Agent engineers is a major logistical and system task. NCSS facilitates this with the provision of it's own proprietary software Catalyst. Catalyst is provided to all Agent engineers to maintain commonality and timeliness of all activities and reporting. Input is from engineers in the field via PDA or a Web interface. This infrastructure provides one of the most advances systems in Australia for scheduling, control and timely updates of a distributed workforce.
